Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Project Manager—or a seasoned Senior Site Manager or Construction Manager looking to step up—to lead a major redevelopment scheme on a Grade Listed site in South Manchester. This is not your standard build: it’s a high-profile, design-led heritage project that requires a thoughtful, experienced professional who understands the nuance of delivering on historically significant buildings.

You’ll be joining a newly established Developer‑Contractor, led by one of the most respected construction leaders in the region. The company is on the cusp of rapid growth, with this flagship project setting the standard for what's to come.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a complex mixed-use redevelopment involving the sensitive transformation of a Grade Listed structure.
• Manage all stages of the build: from partial demolition to the construction of residential apartments and a commercial office unit.
• Work closely with planning and heritage consultants to preserve key architectural features while ensuring modern functionality.
• Coordinate site operations, budgets, timelines, and health & safety protocols.
• Lead, support, and inspire site teams and subcontractors to deliver to high standards.
